Plants designed for chemical surface treatment consist of individual vessels that are set up in a series according to the optimal treatment sequence, and which take into account legal, chemical and plant engineering requirements. The plants differ primarily in terms of their charging system, dependent on the throughput, the types of workpieces and the required automation level.
The product carriers are transferred either manually or with the assistance of a crane system. This means that this type of plant is relatively economic to purchase, but requires additional personnel outlay during operation to transfer the product carriers.
