Our employees are the core of our company. WEISS puts their trust in qualified employees and continuously invests in their further education. Individual measures for individual persons, both in-house and external, are an important component of a future career. 

Further education at DEWE Brünofix GmbH takes place in various ways:

• We pass on our knowledge, so employees train employees.
• External lecturers train our employees in their working environment in order to address the specific challenges of their daily work.
• And our employees also visit external seminars, exchanging knowledge with other seminar participants and bringing back new knowledge to the company.
