WHEN YOU NEED IT QUICKLY

The 24-hour express service

If it’s a genuine emergency, we are now offering you a special service: the 24-hour express service with priority processing.

If required, simply deliver your goods to us Monday to Thursdayby 2.00 pm and we will ensure they are ready for collection and dispatch within 24 hours.

Please notify us in advance of your urgent order via express@bruenofix.de and ensure your goods are available by 2.00 pm. For an urgent surcharge of €120.00, your goods will be processed via the express service.

We have clearly listed all the important information for you below.

Our performance pledge

  1. Prioritised processing from Monday to Thursday, out of the normal sequence
  2. Internal reallocation of capacity (staff/equipment)
  3. Express processing through all necessary process steps
  4. Ready for collection within <24 hours

The pricing structure

Express surcharge: €120.00 per order

The requirements for the express service

  1. Order placed in advance
  2. Delivery of goods ready for processing by 2.00 pm
  3. Full technical specifications (coating, dimensions, quantity)
  4. No special processes involving extended lead times

Implementation & Quality

  1. The work is carried out in accordance with our standard quality requirements
  2. Technical feasibility is assessed before the order is accepted

How we define ourselves

The express service is not automatically available in the following cases:

  1. Very large quantities
  2. Complex multi-layer systems
  3. Rework or complaints
  4. Parts involving a higher technical risk

In these cases, individual arrangements will be made prior to order acceptance. Furthermore, compliance with the delivery time is subject to the proviso that no unforeseen events (e.g. plant malfunctions or downtime) occur.
